Unusable software and deplorable customer support:
Buying software from this company is a gamble at best. I feel like my money was thrown in the trash. I bought a package of 4 programs and have had nothing but problems getting them "registered". They don't accept the password keys supplied by the company and as "unregistered" versions, have almost no value.
Getting a response from AVS Media usually takes several days, at least a full day at best. When you are trying to get some work done, you might as well go ahead and buy different software.
I bought this software 8 months ago and have been going back and forth with them trying to get it to work and it still doesn't work and they have stopped responding.
People should know about this company. They have absolutely no phone number, so you can never talk to anyone, only wait days for an email response. Companies like this should be shut down.
