Worst support ever. I purchased this software to help manage my business. The network version takes roughly 2 full minutes to get to a point that you can check out a customer, but support has a work around that they call a fix. The problem is trying to train your employees to go through all of the steps needed to use the work around. I purchased other software for around the same price that works as advertised and I'm up and running. I would avoid this company at all costs, they do NOT deliver!

This is an awesome software! easy to use and even fun to use.

my only issue is with the customer service. IT IS THE WORST IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

very hard to understand the guy at the other end of the line(yes it is always the same guy) and you can tell that he operates from his living room because you can hear the tv playing in the backgroud.

anyways before buying it, i was told that i would get all the feature from the previous version even if they were not in the new 2010 version(autofill feature) they told me go ahed and buy the software we will send you an update right after and they finally yeld at me after 2 months of waiting when i called them to know when the update would be ready and sent me an email that they would not send me the update.

So, like i said, great software but the worst customer service ever!
