The program is excellent for keeping in touch with people. (I tried several others, until settling this one. Have used it over a year now. I'm a pastor and in my field, I to keep in touch with people constantly. It is very much like a salesman's job, --which is the original intention of Handy Addressbook..) Some functions: The program can dial phone numbers of people --then keeps a list of the calls made. It can list, keep, and use multiple phone numbers (Home, work, cell phone, etc.). Contacts can be set into groups (e.g. family, business students, etc.) These groups can then be called, emailed, and also labels can be printed for mailings. Data can be exported in several formats for other programs to use. Again, for contacting people, this is one of the best programs around. |
