The update has crashed my system and after 3 attempts at reloading, it still does not work and perpetually set in an OFF mode. No back up as it removes your previous version. On hold now with Webroot - 1 1/2 hours WAIT time to speak to a live agent. Never had a problem with them before but this is ONE huge problem. |
