The program takes 18 hours to fully scan my external hard drive, which would be fine, if it didn't consistently quit when I try to save the file of "orphaned folders". Their FAQ section is riddled with poor grammar and doesn't answer my specific question. Two attempts to contact the support staff in the last week have so far gone unanswered. If I don't hear from them in the next few days (or the program doesn't finally let me save ALL the files it supposedly recovers), I will file a dispute and attempt to get a refund. |
