Really nice feature to replace the background oon your webcam videos in
realtime. My room is sometimes a mess :)
Btw: I found a way to substitute the backgrounds: Take Sysinternals FileMon
to figure out, where the files are located: The .dat-Files contain the actual .jpg and .avi files plus
a header or so. The .jpg-Files themselves will be extracted and stored in a TEMP-Folder.
Replace the file (keep the name!) and write protect it (read only)!
Now the background will change, even though the thumbnail remains the same (also changable).

Manycam runs well with my old and new webcam. I paid for software that does about the same as manycam does but the paid software COULD NOT work with my older webcam.
The Manycam folks tell me they are working on additional features like adding your own static backgrounds. If it were possible I would like to see them add a feature that would allow improving the video output peformance such as adjustment of frames per second and clearity of
transmitting video. Please don't be confuse about my wish list the software is awsome. Did you notice the price?
