BowPad x64 one such code editor that can open and recognize a wide range of file types, including those written in HTML, Perl or C++. BowPad x64 is a small and fast text editor with a ribbon user interface and syntax highlighting. It supports customizable syntax highlight configuration for more than 100 file types and scripting languages and supports a variety of encoding types. The ribbon-style toolbar provides quick access to many common text management features (comment, duplicate lines, upper/lower case etc.) as well as custom command options. There is also an alternate "Dark Theme" available for those who prefer coding on a dark background.
