IIF Transaction Creator is an Excel add-i that allows you to export the data from an Excel worksheet and create a IIF file. This tool enables you to work with the same data in QuickBooks. As an Excel addin it integrates with Excel and is available directly from the menus in Excel. IIF Transaction Creator is a reliable financial records managing tool that you can integrate with Microsoft Excel. The add-in allows you to easily import transactions records, to modify and export them to the desired format.

To use the IIF Transaction Creator, arrange your data in simple row/column layouts on a spreadsheet. Several layout options are supported including a simple single-row layout and a more complex multi-row layout that resembles a QuickBooks Journal report. IIF Transaction Creator offers several template sheets for numerous types of transaction layouts, including multi-row, single row, detail lines or multiple amounts. You may thus monitor deposit accounts, credit card transactions, purchase orders, inventories or other types of receipts.Examples are available from the IIF Creator’s menu and can be used as templates.
