LIFXstyle works entirely on your local network (LAN protocol) and doesn't connect to LIFX's cloud system. Manual control over each bulb and groups of bulbs (v3 gives you lamps / groups / locations / tags) Appear to be at home even when you're not by scheduling your lights to switch on and off, or up and down, or use the new TV simulator.
