Spending all day at the computer can easily add unwanted pounds. My Exercise Timer is a free program that plays your favorite music files (WAV/MP3) for the period of time you specify. Work out to your favorite tunes, get fit and lose weight. Select the folder/directory containing the music you want to play, enter the number of minutes to exercise or choose "unlimited". Exercise from one minute up to seven days or anywhere in between. A large countdown timer shows you the amount of exercise time remaining. Optionally choose to have the music stop immediately when the timer reaches zero. Pause and restart the music with a mouse click. Jump ahead to the next song with the "Skip" button. Songs in the selected directory are played in random order and won't repeat until all have played. A progress bar shows how much of the song remains to be played. My Exercise Timer remembers the last 10 song folders to allow you to switch back instantly. Press F1 for help, F2 to toggle automatic program updates.
