The new Odin V 3.09 comes new features, improvements and bug fixes specially created for flash officially stock images and custom ROMs for your Samsung devices. The new version of ODIN allows you to flash different files such as .tar, .tar.md5 file extensions, but unfortunately, the .zip files aren't recognized.
